My name is Anna Bartoli and I was born in Reggio Emilia in Italy in 1979. I work as a freelance illustrator for agencies, publishers and
magazines. I develop children’s workshops using art as an educational
instrument avaible for public schools, public libraries and museums.
Graduating in Philosophy, I moved to Barcelona where I studied Illustration and I attended some workshops with Gusti and at the Llotja School of Art and Design. In 2008 some illustrations of mine were selected by a
European illustration competition and by Tapirulan Calendar.
In 2009 I exhibited my characters Miss City & Titi during the
International Festival Minimondi in Italy. The same year I exibited in Barcelona, Naples, Venice and Sevilla during Imagine Book: Exposiciò
Internacional i Itinerant de Llibres d’ Artista. I exhibited my handmade book at Barcelona and Napoles with Human Book Festival in 2010; I
exhibited in Parma at Grapefruit Art Books. I also exhibited in Reggio Emilia at Spazio Gerra during the Fan Fun collective exposition in 2010.
