Anko is a shortened combination of my name and first name. I live in Herstal in Belgium and I'm a half-time painter and a freelance illustrator. I've followed 2 years à l'Académie des Beaux Arts de Liège, then 2 more in a medecine institute where I've learned human anatomy.

I work with graphite, acrylic paintings, oil paintings, watercolor and dry pastels on canvas, paper, wood. I also use Photoshop CS3 and Illustrator CS4.

In February 2010 I started to create jewelry, and to paint on organic children clothes.

My main sources of inspiration are feminity and Nature.

After several exhibitions I'm currently being monthly published in two paper magazines and doing illustration jobs for environmental companies and my hometown.
