I am a 24 years old Austrian graphic designer and illustrator living in Tangier, Morocco. I am working mainly with digital illustration and collage, and my current project of which the illustration I send you here is called "Postcards from Morocco" in which I create postcards that transfer culture of a foreign country in a different way.

This postcard I send you is called "Au revoir mes amis" (Good bye, my friends). For Tangier is very close to Europe (on clear days you can even see the Spanish coast on the other side of the strait of Gibraltar), many Moroccans dream of escaping to Europe (which is actually very hard for them, because the frontiers are closed), and some do it, and in this case that some of my friends. It is a coming and going over here, the town is changing constantly, cultures are mixing and nothing keeps being constant, exactly like: everything that is solid melts into the air.
